- How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Whyrl, and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Why am I seeing ads?
- Ads are shown to free-tier users to keep Whyrl free to use. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- Email support@whyrl.online from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
- Where does the news content come from?
- Whyrl aggregates publicly trending topics from NewsAPI and Reddit, then generates original summaries using Claude AI (Anthropic).
